Public reports are available on the Agency’s website towards the end of the calendar year for the previous reporting period. Our public reports only show your workplace profile as an aggregated table. We will not show your salary and remuneration data.
Any information in your reporting questionnaire will appear in your public report on our website. When completing the reporting questionnaire, make sure that:
- any details you include are in line with the Privacy Act 1988
- you do not disclose confidential or personal information, such as anything that would identify an employee.

To be compliant with the Act, it is the responsibility of the employer to provide access to the report to employees and members or shareholders via their own channels. Read more about complying with the Act.
