The Workforce Management Statistics (WMS) is an Excel worksheet designed to collect information about employee movements, including appointments, promotions, resignations, and parental leave.

• You must complete and upload one Workforce Management Statistics file for each employing ABN reported in your submission(s).
• Please use the normal version of the file listed above if your organisation does not have equity or non-equity partners.

This calculator tool is used with the Unit Level Workplace Profile template to calculate the base salary and total remuneration of part-year, part-time and casual employees to their annualised and full-time equivalent amounts.

Employers can use this form to record the approval and sign off of their CEO (or equivalent) to lodge the Gender Equality Report in the Employer Portal. WGEA does not require physical evidence of the CEO’s signature to be uploaded.
