Workplace leaders are being called on, more than ever, to intervene in a meaningful way to ensure a gender-equal experience for all employees.
How do you transform good intentions and policies into measurable impact?
Harvard researcher and workplace fairness expert Siri Chilazi has spent her career analysing the actions that lead to fairness at work – and those that don’t. Her work has gone beyond the lab, working with real employers to build fairness into their business.
In Australia to promote the release of her latest book, Make Work Fair, Siri will be discussing her research in detail with WGEA CEO Mary Wooldridge.
Mary and Siri will tackle everything from workplace bias to improving men’s access to parental leave and women’s access to higher paid leadership roles.
WGEA is holding events in Sydney and Melbourne with expert advice and guidance for employers at all stages of their gender equality journey.
These in-conversation sessions are designed to provide tailored advice to workplace leaders and people involved in the development and execution of Gender Equality Action Plans.
