The WGEA Targets Menu Guide provides a summary of the targets included in the Workplace Gender Equality (Gender Equality Targets) Instrument 2025.
Employers who directly employ 500 or more people need to select 3 targets from this list. To be eligible to select a target, employers must meet the relevant eligibility criteria for that target. To determine your eligibility for each target, please refer to How to look up your gender equality targets baseline data.
WGEA updated the Targets Menu in February 2026 to enhance clarity:
- Simplified and updated language, with minor additions to make Targets Menu easier to understand and use.
