The WGEA Targets Menu Guide provides a summary of the targets included in the Workplace Gender Equality (Gender Equality Targets) Instrument 2025.
Employers who directly employ 500 or more people need to select 3 targets from this list.
WGEA updated the Targets Menu in February 2026 to enhance clarity:
