Employer Data Explorer

The Employer Data Explorer has information on gender pay gaps, the proportion of women and men in different jobs, employer policies for parental leave and details on the actions employers are taking to prevent and respond to sexual harassment. WGEA publishes this information for private and the Commonwealth public sector employers with 100 or more employees.

  • To view Commonwealth public sector data, use the dashboard filters and set Sector = Public. You can view the overall public sector results or filter to an individual employer.
  • Results are categorised by the 6 GEIs: gender pay gaps, workforce composition, board composition, access to parental leave, flexible working arrangements, employee consultation, and actions to prevent and respond to sexual harassment.
  • The Compare Data option in the navigation menu enables you to compare ABNs side-by-side and download the data for further analysis.
