The WGEA Industry Snapshots provide a summary of the performance of all employers in the industry against the six gender equality indicators.
Employers can use the Industry Snapshots to benchmark their performance relative to their industry peers. Doing so can help employers to identify priority areas for action as part of their overall gender equality strategy. It will also help employers to prepare their Employer Statement prior to WGEA publishing employer gender pay gaps.
