120 organisations currently hold a WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation.
The EOCGE citation encourages, recognises and promotes organisations' active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces. WGEA awards the citation for two years, after which organisations can reapply.
Alcoa and Deloitte Australia are the longest serving citation holders. Both employers have held the EOCGE citation for 21 years.
