ABN not showing on the login page

If you are unable to select your intended ABN (or different ABNs) when logging into WGEA's Employer Portal, you must first contact your RAM principal authority or authorisation administrator to make sure you have sufficient permissions to act on behalf of the organisation(s).

To grant sufficient permissions, your organisation's RAM administrator or principal authority must do the following:

  1. Log in to RAM using Digital ID

    2.  Select 'View or manage authorisations...'

    3.  Select the company you require permission to act on behalf of

    4.  Select 'View' next to your name

    5.  Expand the Agency access section and check the level of access column for WGEA
 

Check your agency access
  • For the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, you will require Full access.
  • If you do not have Full access, they must return to step 4 and select 'Edit'
  • Next to Workplace Gender Equality Agency, select 'Full' under 'Level of access'.
