Generating your Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report

Note: the cut-off date to generate your Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report is approximately 2 weeks before the next lodgement period:

  • Private Sector Reporting Program: 15 March
  • Commonwealth Public Sector Reporting Program: 15 August

Important

  • If you do not generate these documents before the cut off, they will no longer be available.
  • You must confirm that your CEO (or equivalent) shared your Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report with your governing body when you complete your next Gender Equality Reporting Questionnaire.
  • We will verify whether these documents were generated as part of assessing your Reporting compliance. 
     

To generate your Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report, please follow the steps below. 

 

Step 1: Once you have logged into the Employer Portal, select the 'Generate Governing Body documents' button at the bottom of the page.
 

On the portal home page select the, Generate your governing body documents button

 

Step 2: Generate your Reports - See the list below for the corresponding numbers and page details.

  1. Select your submission group from the dropdown menu. 
     
  2. Select this button to generate your Industry Benchmark Report
     
  3. Select this button to generate your ABN level Executive Summary
     
  4. Select this button to generate your Corporate Group Executive Summary
     
  5. Once available, your report is displayed (and can be download) in 'Reporting Documents'
     

The generate buttons may become unavailable for 24 hours once pressed. If this is the case, please check below in ‘Reporting documents’ (#5).

Step 3: Your CEO (or equivalent) must share the Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report with your governing body (if any) as soon as practicable after receiving them.


IMPORTANT: You will need to confirm that your CEO (or equivalent) shared your Executive Summary and Industry Benchmark Report with your governing body when you complete your next Gender Equality Reporting Questionnaire.
