The Questionnaire is an online survey covering an employer’s policies, strategies, and actions on gender equality. Specifically, the questionnaire covers:
- Policies and strategies that support gender equality in the workplace
- Governing bodies
- Gender pay gaps and pay equity
- Employee consultation
- Flexible working
- Paid parental leave
- Support for carers
- Sexual harassment and harassment on the grounds of sex and discrimination
- Family and domestic violence.
- Diversity and Inclusion
The Questionnaire forms one of three major components of the Gender Equality Report submitted to the Agency each year.
