Relevant employers must register with WGEA before lodging their first Gender Equality Report (Report). Once registered, employers are automatically enrolled in future reporting programs.
Eligibility to register for reporting
Before registering to lodge a report with WGEA, ensure your organisation meets the relevant employer definition. Review Reporting Eligibility to confirm your status.
Tendering for a government contract
If you are not a relevant employer and are tending for a government contract, refer to Government tenders.

On or after 1 April | Between 1 April - 31 May the following year. |
